Online Stickies lino Blog

Finally, lino supports YouTube to be posted on canvases!
You can post a video using bookmarklet, or by inputting URL of the video page on video stickies dialogue (example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GoHISwfmPFE).
#Bookmarklet is at Dashboard > Others > Tools

As a matter of course, video stickies can be treated as normal stickies. It is fun to list videos on a single canvas!

Added a function to keep stickies on the back side with a thumbtack. Pinned stickies can’t be moved.
Try mouse over on upper right corner on any kind of stickies, and users will see a thumbtack.
Set pinned by clicking the thumbtack, and release by clicking it again.

lino tied up with “zoome”, Japanese video broadcasting service, and users can post video now!
To post a video, click on “li+” icon () at zoome.jp, or drug and drop video stickies icon() on tool palette at lino, and input the URL of video page.

Examples:

Input “http://zoome.jp/cafe/diary/23” in URL input field at video sticky dialogue.

*Do not input embed tag. Please input URL of the webpage that video is originally at.
*zoome logo will be displayed if thumbnail of videos could not be retrieved.

Youtube video will be able to post around the middle of May! Yeah!

In some browsers, it caused an error to view a canvas with too many stickies.
To avoid this problem, we’ve limited the number of stickies on a canvas to 120. If you put more than 120 stickies on one canvas, the oldest stickies will disappear. They’ll be visible again when you remove other stickies.

We fixed a defect that canvases which was set not to list on Public Canvases were shown on Public Canvases list.
Please change canvas name to change URL of canvases unexpectedly listed on Public Canvases.

We fixed the following defects

• Main Canvas became unable to see from others by user request. Some users felt uncomfortable with being accessible unexpectedly from others even though the contents of stickies has been invisible.
• We are sorry that users see 404 error page if they deleted their Main Canvas.
  We changed Main Canvas setting to not able to delete. For users who deleted their Main Canvas, we restored Main Canvas.
  Let us know if you still have this problem.
