To post stickies on the canvas, simply drag and drop your desired type of sticky anywhere you like on the canvas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"19\"><\/a>How can I resize stickies?<\/strong><br \/>To resize stickies, drag and drop at the bottom right of the stickies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"20\"><\/a>What is &#8220;tag&#8221;?<\/strong><br \/>Tag is a short keyword used to sort out posted stickies. Clicking a tag on a sticky highlights all the stickies assigned the same tag. Tags can be set only on users own canvases.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"21\"><\/a>Can more than one tag be assigned to a single sticky?<\/strong><br \/>You can assign more than one tag to a single sticky. To assign more than one tag, simply enter a space between each keyword (tag) when entering them in the designated tag entry field.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"22\"><\/a>What is &#8220;Private&#8221;?<\/strong><br \/>If you tick the check box for &#8220;Private&#8221; in the designated setting dialogue for a new sticky to post, the sticky will become translucent to hide contents on it. You can show the hidden contents by ticking the check box for &#8220;Show Private&#8221; on Tool Palette, which is locating in the top right on a canvas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"23\"><\/a>What are those icons displayed in the down right on a posted sticky?<\/strong><br \/>They are action buttons. There are six different action buttons; &#8220;Edit&#8221;, &#8220;Set due date&#8221;, &#8220;Send this sticky&#8221;, &#8220;Peel off&#8221;, &#8220;Copy to another canvas&#8221;, and \u201cView original\u201d. Types of displayed action buttons vary depending on type of sticky.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"24\"><\/a>Edit&#8221; button<\/strong><br \/>Edit&#8221; button is used to edit contents of the posted sticky.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"25\"><\/a>&#8220;Set due date&#8221; button<\/strong><br \/>If a sticky has its assigned due date, it is displayed on the sticky. The due date is also marked on &#8220;mini-calendar&#8221; locating in the down right on the canvas. Clicking a displayed due date on a sticky highlights all the stickies set the same due date.<br \/>\nIn addition, you will receive Email with the message &#8220;Tasks due today&#8221; in the morning on a due date of a posted sticky as a reminder. You can change a due date anytime by clicking &#8220;Set due date&#8221; button and clicking a desired date on the displayed small calendar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"26\"><\/a>Send this sticky&#8221; button<\/strong><br \/>Send this sticky&#8221; button is used to send a sticky to a main canvas of another lino user. With this feature, stickies can be used as phone slip through online.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"27\"><\/a>&#8220;Peel off&#8221; button<\/strong><br \/>&#8220;Peel off&#8221; button is used to remove a posted sticky.<br \/>\nIt is recommended to remove unnecessary stickies once their assigned tasks are done so that they don&#8217;t mess up your canvases. Meanwhile, please note that records of removed stickies are not stored.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"28\"><\/a>Is there any way to keep records of removed stickies?<\/strong><br \/>You can create a new canvas for storage and can keep unnecessary stickies by dragging and dropping them on it instead of just removing them.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"29\"><\/a>Copy to another canvas&#8221; button<\/strong><br \/>Copy to my canvas&#8221; button is displayed on a sticky. Click the button to show the original image.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"31\"><\/a>What is an icon displayed in the down left on a posted sticky?<\/strong><br \/>If someone has posted a sticky on your canvas, the sticky displays a some kind of image to inform that the sticky has been posted by someone else. Placing the mouse pointer over the image displays a username of the person who posted it, and the date and time of posting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"32\"><\/a>About types of sticky<\/strong><br \/>There are five different types of sticky; the colored sticky, the transparent sticky, the image sticky, the video sticky, and the file sticky. Only the colored stickies and the image stickies with a frame allow you to set tags and due dates.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"33\"><\/a>How many stickies can I post on a single canvas?<\/strong><br \/>There&#8217;s no restriction to post at this time, but only 120 new stickies are shown at a canvas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"34\"><\/a>Can I post photos via Email?<\/strong><br \/>Yes. Email address will be shown by ticking the checkbox for &#8220;Allow to create stickies via Email.&#8221; Please attatch photos and send Email to the address, and photos get posted as photo stickies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"35\"><\/a>How can I post a video sticky?<\/strong><br \/>lino supports <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zoome.jp\/\">zoome<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/\">YouTube<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/vimeo.com\">Vimeo<\/a> video to be posted.  To post a video sticky, drag and drop a video sticky (film image at the top right) to canvases, and input URL of the desired video page. Besides, you can post a video using bookmarklet at the desired video page.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"36\"><\/a>I\u2019m sharing a file using a file sticky, but sometimes I cannot download it. Stickies can be pinned by clicking on the pin, and released by clicking it again.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"39\"><\/a>Can I pin stickies?<\/strong><br \/>Yes. You can pin stickies using a pin. A pin is shown at upper middle area on stickies. By pinning stickies, they can&#8217;t be moved and can&#8217;t be changed their order (pinned stickies do not come to the front even if they are clicked). Pinned stickies can be released by clicking the pin again.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"40\"><\/a>Can I move a group of stickies at once?<\/strong><br \/>Yes. Overlapping stickies can be moved at once. Start dragging a sticky holding down Shift key, and all overlapping stickies move together. However, pinned stickies and stickies that you are not authorized to move can&#8217;t be moved.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"41\"><\/a>How can I copy multiple stickies at once?<\/strong><br \/>Overlapping stickies can be copied at once. Start dragging a sticky holding down Shift+Ctrl key (Windows) or Shift+Command key (Mac OS X), and overlapping stickies will be copied.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"42\"><\/a>About arranging sticky to the rear<\/strong><br \/>When stickies are over another, you can arrange one of the stickies to the rear. For windows, hold down Alt key and click on the sticky. For Mac, hold down Option key and click on the sticky.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"43\"><\/a>Can I tilt stickies?<\/strong><br \/>Yes. You can tilt stickies. Hover your mouse cursor over the top-right corner of a sticky, you&#8217;ll find a rotation icon appears. Drag it to tilt the sticky.<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"44\"><\/a>Can I insert a link to a sticky?<\/strong><br \/>When you write a URL, we make it a link automatically. You can write an explicit link using Markdown style as well. For example, if you want to make &#8220;lino&#8221; a link to http:\/\/linoit.com\/, write [lino](http:\/\/linoit.com).<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><a name=\"45\"><\/a>Can I check stickies which are posted recently?<\/strong><br \/>Yes. You can check new stickies by clicking on &#8220;Highlight New&#8221; on the palette.
